C. Technical Data

We automatically collect certain information when you access our Services:

• •Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (Advertising ID), and mobile network information.
• •Log Data: IP address, access times, and app performance data (crashes and errors).

D. Transaction Data

If you make purchases (Subscriptions or Credits), we process these through third-party payment processors (Google Play Store, Apple App Store, RevenueCat). We do not store your credit card or banking information on our servers.

4Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal information and generated images for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Services.

Your Data Control and Deletion Rights

You have full control over your data within the Aesth app.

Partial Data Deletion

• •Deleting a Creation: You can delete any individual generated image or an entire "Creation Stack" (the original image and all its variations) at any time. To do this, navigate to the specific creation in your "Creations" gallery, open the detail view, and use the delete (trash can) icon.
• •Deleting a Selfie: You can manage and delete your uploaded selfies from your Profile screen.

Full Account Deletion

To permanently delete your entire account and all associated data, you can do so directly within the app's settings or by sending an email request to support@viralappslabs.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". This action is irreversible. Upon request, we will permanently delete your personal data and images from our active databases.

5Children's Privacy

Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information.

6Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data. This includes encryption of data in transit and at rest. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
